When I told my roommates that the Clan Balewitz was contemplating a move this way, I was accused of being the Advance Scout of an invasionary force. I am proud today to welcome Marine Captain Ricky Bruckman to the invasion as part of the Marine Expeditionary Force of Invasive Cultural Subversion and Doom!

To sum up, Hathor is moving steadily forward and I couldn't be happier.

More Change-Ups

Okay, so turns out that now, Not only is our own Commanding Officer stepping down, but the C.O. of the U.S.S. Questar, Karen Goldbach, is also stepping down. She made the announcement yesterday and she will also be standing down in January. So when change happens, its usually 'Sweeping Change' (tm).

Got Me Captain's Sword... Now Me Needs A Hat

Thanks to my roommate Ben, I now own a sword down here ;) She's sleek, she's light, she's one handed, and packs a mean stabby well-balanced death for unwitting mutineers and solicitors... and people that generally should f'in better, know better... and mice. So, next time you see me, chances are I'll have it.. at Cons or Ren Faire's or both.. She goes with everything!

So I've got a fabulous new sword, and assembling a great crew, and I've got a great idea for a photo op with the sword and riding crop crossed.. and that's gonna rock ;) And If ya like the sword, I might could arrange to get some more...

Moving Along...

People just showed up and more are on the way, so I'm going to have to cut this short. I'll be back, when the day is new.. and I'll have more ideas for you...
